Yoga is a personal practice and should feel good for the individual to fit their unique body, experience and abilities. I guide students to create their own practice as they embrace yoga in daily life and feel more at peace, in THEIR way.
We make the world a better place when we embrace our inner light and shine; this inspires others to do the same.
