Welcome! I am Marissa Marino and I work with students of all ages with various challenges and abilities. While my home is in NY, I am blessed to have shared my practice in China and now, virtually, all over the world.


It is my mission to meet students where they are at to create their own practice and feel more at peace. 

When we embrace our inner light and shine, it inspires others to do the same; making the world a better place.

VIRTUAL
KIDS YOGA

Yoga with kids is all about sharing poses and meditation through music, games and other mindful activities. This helps students to relax, focus and exercise, all while having fun!

 

 Join us to slow down, move gently, focus on the breath and embody powerful intentions to help relax, de-stress, and feel more connected to the mind, body & spirit.

These are accessible classes for all levels, great for beginners.
Modifications and props (chairs, blocks & blankets) are offered for additional support throughout the class.

Class Descriptions:

Chair Yoga:
This is a gentle practice to help increase mobility and move with ease.
Some poses have a standing option but it is not required.
No experience needed!
Open to teens & adults.


Accessible Gentle Yoga:
This is an accessible class for all levels/abilities & great for beginners. 
Props/Chairs for support and modifications are offered throughout the class. 
Open to teens & adults.
